A 20 oz tumbler in 18/8 stainless steel, double-walled with a vacuum between the walls, finished in white and printed in full colour. The lid is included — BPA-free, clear, with a slider that closes over the drinking hole.
How the design gets on. UV printing and sublimation. Both bond the image to the surface rather than laying a film over it, so there is no edge to catch a fingernail on and nothing to lift at the rim. It is also why the care panel rules out scouring pads: what wears a print like this is grit, not water.
The vacuum is the whole point. Two steel walls with nothing between them give heat almost no way to cross: drinks stay hot upwards of 8 hours and cold upwards of 12. The same gap is why the outside never sweats — no cold surface for room air to condense on, so it does not leave rings on a desk or slip out of a hand on a warm day. At 20 oz it still tapers to fit a normal car cup holder.
Two faces, two jobs. The front carries the design you picked, and you can add your own line of text beneath it — a name, a year, a nickname. The back is entirely yours: repeat the front design, put your own text there, upload your own image, or combine text and image. Choosing nothing for the back is fine too; it simply stays plain white.
Made after you order. Nothing is printed in advance. Each tumbler is printed once the order arrives, which is why one with one name is no more work than a dozen carrying a dozen different names.
Looking after it. Hand wash only, and keep it out of the microwave — that one is about the steel rather than the print. The panel below covers the rest.
Both are printed. Only one of them is a blank page.
| Front | Back | |
|---|---|---|
| The design | The one you chose — fixed | Repeat the front or start blank |
| Your own text | Yes — a line under the design | Yes — anywhere on the panel |
| Your own image | Yes — upload your own | |
| Text and image together | ||
| Leaving it plain | No — the design is the product | Yes — stays white |
Hand wash only
A dishwasher's heat and jets dull the print and can break the vacuum seal over time.
Never microwave it
It is steel. This one is about the tumbler and your microwave, not the design.
No abrasive scrubbers
Steel wool and scouring pads scratch the finish the design is printed on.
Dry it with the lid off
Trapped moisture under a closed slider is what makes a tumbler smell.

Nothing here sits in a warehouse — it is printed after you order, which is why production comes first. Personalised items take a day longer.
The front carries the ready-made design you chose, and you can add a line of your own text under it. The back is a blank panel: repeat the front design there, put your own text on it, upload your own image, or do both. You can also leave the back plain.
On the back, yes. Upload the largest version of the file you have — it prints at roughly 300 DPI, so a small screenshot will come out soft. The front keeps the design you picked; only its text line is yours.
Yes. The front takes a line beneath the design, and the back takes text of its own — on its own or alongside an image.
Upwards of 8 hours hot and 12 hours cold. Those are full-tumbler figures with the lid closed; a half-full tumbler opened every few minutes will not hold as long, which is true of any vacuum flask.
Not in normal use. UV printing and sublimation bond the image to the surface instead of laying a film over it, so there is no edge to lift and nothing to peel. Abrasion is what damages it — a scouring pad or steel wool takes the finish off, and the design goes with it.
No — hand wash it. A dishwasher's heat and jets dull the printed design, and repeated cycles can work at the vacuum seal that makes the tumbler worth owning. Warm water and a soft sponge is all it needs.
No. It is stainless steel, so this is about the tumbler and the microwave rather than the design.
It tapers toward the base to fit a standard cup holder. The outside also stays dry — the vacuum means there is no cold surface for condensation to form on, so it does not get slippery.
Yes. A clear BPA-free lid with a slider that closes over the drinking hole is included.
Two to four business days to make it, then three to seven business days in transit within the US. Personalised items take about a day longer.
