A 20 oz tumbler in 18/8 stainless steel, double-walled with a vacuum between the walls, finished in white and printed in full colour. The lid is included — BPA-free, clear, with a slider that closes over the drinking hole.
How the design gets on. UV printing and sublimation. Both bond the image to the surface rather than laying a film over it, so there is no edge to catch a fingernail on and nothing to lift at the rim. It is also why the care panel rules out scouring pads: what wears a print like this is grit, not water.
The vacuum is the whole point. Two steel walls with nothing between them give heat almost no way to cross: drinks stay hot upwards of 8 hours and cold upwards of 12. The same gap is why the outside never sweats — no cold surface for room air to condense on, so it does not leave rings on a desk or slip out of a hand on a warm day. At 20 oz it still tapers to fit a normal car cup holder.
Two faces, two jobs. The front carries the design you picked, and you can add your own line of text beneath it — a name, a year, a nickname. The back is entirely yours: repeat the front design, put your own text there, upload your own image, or combine text and image. Choosing nothing for the back is fine too; it simply stays plain white.
Made after you order. Nothing is printed in advance. Each tumbler is printed once the order arrives, which is why one with one name is no more work than a dozen carrying a dozen different names.
Looking after it. Hand wash only, and keep it out of the microwave — that one is about the steel rather than the print. The panel below covers the rest.

Upwards of 8 hours hot and 12 hours cold. Those are full-tumbler figures with the lid closed; a half-full tumbler opened every few minutes will not hold as long, which is true of any vacuum flask.
Not in normal use. UV printing and sublimation bond the image to the surface instead of laying a film over it, so there is no edge to lift and nothing to peel. Abrasion is what damages it — a scouring pad or steel wool takes the finish off, and the design goes with it.
