Every item is made to order, so allow 2-5 business days for production before your parcel ships; personalised pieces take about a day longer. Shipping is calculated at checkout - standard delivery in the US is $5.99 and express is $12.99, with carrier transit time on top. From Black Friday through Christmas, add 2-4 business days across the board. Full timings by product type are on our Shipping Info page.
Catalogue items with no personalisation can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Personalised items - anything carrying a name, date, photo or custom text - are made only for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If something arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right. Our Returns page has the full policy.
A 5 × 7 inch folded greeting card on 350 gsm matte card stock — the weight you get from a good bookshop, not a supermarket multipack. It stands up on a mantelpiece or a windowsill instead of curling over by the second day, and it takes a crease cleanly rather than cracking white along the fold.
The matte surface matters more than it sounds. Gloss photographs well and then beads up ballpoint ink and holds every fingerprint. Matte takes pen, pencil and fountain ink without smudging, which is the entire point of a card somebody is going to write in.
What is printed and what is not. The front carries the design in full colour. The inside is deliberately blank — a pre-printed verse is somebody else's sentiment, and the handwriting is the part that ends up in a drawer years later. If you would rather we printed a message, add it when you personalise.
What comes with it. One white envelope per card, gummed flap, sized to fit. The card ships in a cello sleeve with a rigid backer, so it arrives flat instead of dog-eared at the corner.
Sending it straight to someone. Enter their address as the shipping address and it goes directly to them. No invoice, no packing slip and no pricing goes in the parcel, so it arrives as a gift rather than as an order.
Keeping it. Store it dry and out of direct sun. Matte stock marks if it gets damp, and sustained light fades any print eventually — a box or a drawer is kinder than a sunny shelf.

Nothing here sits in a warehouse — it is printed after you order, which is why production comes first. Personalised items take a day longer.
Nothing, unless you added a message when personalising. The inside arrives blank so you can write it yourself.
Yes — one white envelope per card, sized to fit, with a gummed flap. Order several cards and you get an envelope for each.

No. The stock is matte rather than gloss, which takes ballpoint, pencil and fountain ink cleanly. Gloss is the finish that beads up ink and holds fingerprints.
5 × 7 inches folded — the standard A7 greeting card size, so it fits any frame or card box made for that format.
In a cello sleeve with a rigid backing board, which is what keeps the corners square through the post.
Two to four business days in production, then three to seven business days in transit within the US. For a dated occasion, order with room to spare.
Yes — set the quantity before adding to cart. Each card still comes with its own envelope.
