Solid colours are pure cotton; heather colours are a 52/48 cotton-poly blend with a fleck through them.

Will it shrink in the wash?

The cotton is pre-shrunk, so barely — expect under half an inch in length if you tumble dry on high heat. Wash cold and hang dry and it will not move at all.

Does the print crack or peel?

No. Direct-to-garment ink soaks into the fibres instead of sitting on top as a film, so there is no layer to crack when you fold it or to peel at the edges. It fades slowly with the shirt over years rather than failing before it. Washing inside out is what keeps it sharpest.

I am between sizes — should I go up or down?

Up. The fit is unisex regular, which runs closer to a men's cut than a fitted women's tee, so anyone used to a fitted style usually prefers the larger of the two.

How do I know it will fit without trying it on?

Can I return a personalised shirt?

A personalised item cannot be resold, so it is not returnable unless it arrives flawed or is not what you ordered — in which case we remake it free and you keep the original. Unpersonalised items follow the standard 30-day policy.

What if the print is wrong or the shirt arrives damaged?

Send us a photo. If the fault is ours we remake and reship at no cost, and you do not need to post the original back.
