Every item is made to order, so allow 2-5 business days for production before your parcel ships; personalised pieces take about a day longer. Shipping is calculated at checkout - standard delivery in the US is $5.99 and express is $12.99, with carrier transit time on top. Catalogue items with no personalisation can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Personalised items - anything carrying a name, date, photo or custom text - are made only for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If something arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right. Our Returns page has the full policy.
This is a midweight unisex t-shirt in 100% ringspun cotton, printed to order in the USA. Ringspun means the fibres are twisted before spinning, and that is the whole difference between a shirt that still feels smooth after a year and one that has gone papery and see-through by its second summer.
It weighs 180 gsm — enough body to hang properly off the shoulder and not show what is underneath, light enough to wear indoors without cooking. The neck is ribbed and taped from shoulder to shoulder, which is the detail that stops a crew neck stretching into a scoop after a few pulls over the head. Solid colours are pure cotton; heather colours are a 52/48 cotton-poly blend with a fleck through them.
How the design is printed. Direct-to-garment, with water-based inks — not vinyl, not screen print. The ink soaks into the fibres instead of sitting on top as a plastic film, so there is no stiff rectangle across the chest, nothing that cracks along a fold, and no edge waiting to peel. Run your hand over the design and what you feel is cotton.
How it fits. Unisex regular, true to size. That runs closer to a men's cut than a fitted women's tee, so if you usually buy fitted and you are between two sizes, take the larger one. The size guide below is flat measurements: lay a shirt you already like on a table, measure it armpit to armpit, and match the number. It beats guessing from a label that means something different at every brand.
Made after you order it. Nothing here waits in a warehouse for a buyer. Your shirt is blank until the order lands, then printed and pressed one garment at a time. That is why it arrives without the stale polybag smell, why the colours match the artwork file instead of a batch run six months ago, and why production takes a couple of days before anything ships.
Washing it. Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low or hang. Iron on the reverse if you iron at all, and keep bleach well away. Do that and the print will outlast the shirt.

The cotton is pre-shrunk, so barely — expect under half an inch in length if you tumble dry on high heat. Wash cold and hang dry and it will not move at all.
