A white ceramic coffee mug with a glossy glaze, printed to order, in 11 oz or 15 oz. The 11 oz is the size most people picture when they say mug; the 15 oz is noticeably taller and suits a long morning or a large tea. Both share the same 3.35 inch diameter, so either one fits a normal cup holder and a normal dishwasher rack.
The handle is a proper C-shape with room for a whole set of fingers — not the pinched little loop on cheap promotional cups that forces you to grip the hot body instead.
How the design is printed. Sublimation, not a decal and not a sticker. Under heat the ink turns to gas and bonds inside the glaze itself, so there is no printed layer sitting on the surface: nothing to catch a fingernail, nothing to lift at the rim, nothing to go grey after a month of dishwasher cycles. Run a finger across the design and you feel glaze, not ink.
Everyday use. Dishwasher safe on the top rack and microwave safe, because there is no metallic trim to arc. The print wraps the full body with a gap behind the handle, so it reads whichever hand picks it up — worth knowing if you are buying for someone left-handed.
Made after you order it. Each mug is printed individually once the order arrives, then packed in moulded protection for the post. Ordering six with six different names is no different for us than ordering one: they are printed separately and arrive together.
Looking after it. Dishwasher and microwave are both fine. The one thing worth avoiding is a scouring pad — abrasives dull the glaze over time, and the glaze is what carries the image.

No. Sublimation bonds the image inside the glaze rather than printing it onto the surface, so there is no layer that can lift. The top rack is still gentler over hundreds of cycles, mostly because of how hard the jets hit the lower one.
