The design is the easy part. The spelling is where these go wrong.
Check the spelling, check the year, and upload the largest version of any image you have. A personalised item cannot be resold, so it is not returnable unless it arrives flawed — which makes the thirty seconds before you click the only thirty seconds that matter.
Add each to the cart separately with its own personalisation. There is no bulk discount mechanism that requires a special process, and each one is printed individually regardless — a set of six is six separate print runs that happen to ship in one box.
If a print is flawed or the item arrives damaged, send a photo and we remake it at no cost with no return needed. If a name was submitted misspelled, we printed what was submitted — that one is not recoverable, which is why the checklist above exists.
